ROLE
I was the project designer and completed all documentation necessary for a permit from the Town of Amherst. I worked closely with the developer to refine the design to their liking.
DESCRIPTION
This project is a 2,700-square-foot, two-story home with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, designed for a vacant infill lot within an existing neighborhood in the Town of Amherst.
Created as a spec home for a local developer, the design was developed to meet market demand while balancing broad buyer appeal with a more elevated residential feel. The layout incorporates several higher-end features, including a primary suite with direct access to the laundry room, a butler's pantry, mudroom, and built-in lockers, all intended to enhance functionality, convenience, and overall marketability.
