I was the project designer for the project and created enough documentation necessary to estimate the project.
DESCRIPTION
The goal of this project was to design a single-story ranch home tailored to the needs of the client and his family. The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom layout was carefully planned to maximize views to the left side of the property, particularly from the primary bedroom, office, and great room. The home includes approximately 2,700 square feet of living space, excluding the large garage and full walkout basement.
Key design features include a wraparound rear deck, a welcoming front porch, and a large cathedral ceiling that defines the center of the home, spanning the entry, dining, and kitchen areas.
The project is currently in conceptual design, with additional plan refinements to be made before advancing into construction documents.
